1.Project data collection and analyzing
All needful document collection from consultant or client and analysis including blueprints, specifications, and other technical documentation.for this task estimation need to be touch in consultant or client.

With the help of autocad , PlanSwift or with any software take off the quantity from drawing and make boq as per items rate which you must know it may be local or government .
Calculation of all Material Costs, Labor Costs ,Equipment Costs , Subcontractor Costs , Overhead and Contingency etc.
- Budget Preparation:
Create detailed cost breakdowns and summaries for each aspect of the project.
And Prepare comprehensive budget reports for stakeholders and project managers.
4.Bidding and Proposals:
Prepare and submit bids or proposals to clients based on the cost estimates.
Develop tender documents and ensure they comply with client requirements.
